How technical do I need to be?

Minimal. The only technical step is pasting one line of code before the closing body tag on your website, something most website platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace make straightforward without a developer. Everything else (uploading content, configuring branding, testing responses) happens inside a simple dashboard. If you're not comfortable with code, your web developer can add the snippet in under 5 minutes.
